We want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused dried floral arrangements and bulk supplies. Please note that as these are natural products, items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the dried flowers in their original box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage, clearly marking the RMA on the outside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our floral experts inspect the returned inventory, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
